High point of Campbell career? I think it lasted two seasons or three...

Just lasted the one season. Though it was certainly flawed, Campbell as Brisco is great. He's certainly a strong point in 'Burn Notice' too.
I really liked the casting of Billy Drago as Bly, he could really ooze evil, effortlessly. Also would have liked to have seen more of R. Lee Ermey as Brisco's Dad, who came back in a later episode as a ghost to basically torment Brisco Jr. If he had been a regular character it would have been a stronger linchpin in the series.

This show was light fun, though I'd agree there were flaws. I think the whole sci fi orb mythos was mishandled in the writing. Bruce really sells it though, so its lasting entertainment.
