Ray Comfort Intro Ed.
Kirk Cameron discusses his organization's plan to introduce a revised edition--revised by Ray Comfort--of the "Origin of Species," originally written by Charles Darwin 150 years ago into 100 colleges and universities around the country.

This special edition will have intelligent design and the Christian Gospel included in the introduction, and will address what Comfort sees as weaknesses, flaws and problems with the theory of evolution. It will address Darwin's other beliefs. It will include other scientists that believed in God. It will also address what Comfort sees as problems arising from the book's legacy.

Re: Ray Comfort Intro Ed. "Origin" Into School
Sorry, I can't figure out for the life of me WHICH kind of "Christian gospel" Comfort and Cameron are talking about. I do recognize that there are many, many different versions of these documents.

I honestly can't even figure out what ilk of Christians they are. I think they're nondenominational. As someone who was forced to go to Episcopal church for far too long, that doesn't fit into my boxes easily.

They might be Baptist. I found some judgey stuff about Jews and Catholics (not that they're bad, but that they should be evangelized to because they aren't saved), and some stuff about meeting at Baptist churches, but I can't even find a version of the Bible I'm familiar with (King James, Revised, Good News, etc.), only versions that seem to have come out in the past ten years ("The Atheist's Bible"). Oh well.
