What if we wake up one day and learn that the terrorist threat is a predictable consequence of our meddling in affairs of others and has nothing to do with us being free and prosperous?

Venting concerns and standing up against practices that are deemed to be harmful is among other things what members of parliament are supposed to do.
Now, I wouldn't call that fear mongering by a long shot. He talked about a broad range of issues. His claims on these particular issues were not specific. This means that simple proof will never suffice.
There are however a shitload of books, articles, etc. written on any of the concers he raised. Members of the press and random people alike like to pretend that unless some high profile dickhead talked about something on TV yesterday or the day before that it doesn't exist or is completely unsubstantiated.
As far as coming up with a plan...Is talking about the hazards of global warming fear mongering? We don't have a viable plan yet, so I guess it must be...

I have to say his start is good, he addresses issues that matter, things that are sensible. But as soon as he starts about Obama I have to disagree with him. Why bring up a concern that the Iraq war will not end any time soon. He seems to insinuate Obama has some secret plan to stay in Iraq for some reason. Then he goes to the Afghan war, this has always been a higher priority in my book than the Iraq war, though I think progress is slow there now and we're wasting time and money there now. We can't stay there forever, a lot needs to be done there but the stay should be shorter than the plan is now.
Then he says that Christianity teaches peace, Christianity is a very corrupt and tainted faith, history has taught us that Christianity does not bring peace.
And then the most ridiculous part:
"What if my concerns are completely unfounded? Nothing. But what if my concerns are justified and ignored? Nothing good." Come on, he can't expect us take in concern every fear of man, we wouldn't be able to do anything. All actions of a government have risks, there are always things that can go wrong, it's up to the government to decide which risks to take and which ones to avoid.
I like Ron Paul, but he really has to bring more evidence to his speeches in order to convince me. Tell me what he thinks the problems are and most importantly why.

Obama is pulling us out of Iraq but putting our troops right back into another war zone in Afghanistan. Do you not see the bullshit sitting right in front of your face?

The U.S. has a right to national interest, and a right to forge alliances. We have a right to insist on the honoring of contracts and property rights w.r.t. our nationals.
Once you admit that these things are the right of a sovereign nation, find me some "meddling" that isn't covered above.
None of this makes violence against civilians acceptable, nor justifies it one bit, Ron aPologist.
We hear it a lot, but you don't see many concrete examples.

What if Ron Paul read a Koran or came to the realization that if Israel were cut off from the rest of the world, the final solution would inevitably be completed.
What if Ron Paul realized that there are other globalist, imperial idelogies that exist in the world besides neocons or central bankers or whatever.
What if Ron Paul realized that global, free market capitalism, which he unrepentantly endorses, is one of the major grievences of terrorists and they attacked the world trade-center.
What if Ron Paul understood that poor brown people from exotic lands actually have the ability to be inspired by fanaticism and supremicist ideology, and do not merely have insect brains only capable of reacting violently.
What if Ron Paul held dark-skinned people to the same moral standards as white people or jews, rather than excuse them of their behaviour every step of the way.

Israel has has almost a hundred years to get their house in order. They have successful industry, as well as software, infrastructure. And, thanks to us, they are armed to the teeth. Any problems they face are theirs to deal with - we owe them nothing. If they had been better neighbors in that region, I could see a meaningful alliance, but as it stands they are an aggressive and selfish embarrassment. Times are tough, and we as a nation need to care for our own country.
Final Solution?? Not all Jews live in Israel, you know. Their fabled "homeland" might face hard times, but they'll survive just fine as the fractured population that they always have been.
We can't seem to care for own poor, but we seem to find money in the budget for them? Why don't they "pick-themselves-up-by-their-bootstraps" as it were?
And you've made that analogy of people of the Middle East as purely reflexive, insect-like intelligences several times. What's up with that? People make their own decisions. They have made a decision not to welcome a warlike, expansionist super power wannabe into their backyard. I can't say I blame them.
