It didn't look like suburban NA to me. Rather, those surroundings (and the people) had a distinctly East European look to it. That would also explain why they all took part in this elaborate effort to snare some females. (As is well known, the best females from that region have gone to Amsterdam and places like that.)

In America they attempted freestyle walking.....very, very lame. Then the French created parkour which was actually cool. If you follow the Vimeo link you'll notice it isn't even in all English. This vid is definitely not American.

Don't mean to correct you so bluntly, but I meant a reminder to those of us IN suburban North America of how non-community our culture is.
I too thought Eastern European. Their page says Latvia. (I wasn't too far off with Croatia as a guess. Nice!)
