Following on from the success of the massively popular Gingerbread Haka, the Baking Industry Association of New Zealand (BIANZ) have sent their men on an epic adventure to push the cause for this years Bakery of the Year Challenge.

Gingerbread Ed is an tribute to Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay (first men on Everest).
