Really good TED talk.

Hit close to home as over the past 8 months I have seen a promising skunk-works program I was involved with at my work get ruined by over-management and poorly thought out carrot-and-stick incentives/punishments. As such, my satisfaction and enjoyment with my regular job has been reduced drastically and, I hate to say it, the work I produce isn't anywhere near the quality that it could be or was before.

Must find the full presentation.
