Not Working?
The Grand Funk Railroad on Playboy After Dark in 1969. Hugh Hefner, Tony Randall & Barbie Benton wecome Mark, Don, & Mel to The Mansion to perform "Mr. Limousine Driver" & "Please Don't Worry." The Mansion wasn't really setup for a rock band to perform live back then, thus the lipsync.

Re: Playboy After Dark: Grand Funk Railroad
Ironically, Grand Funk were playing in my own living room at a groovy house party just last night. But then we kicked 'em out to watch reruns of The Office.
I keed! I love these Playboy After Darks. I was born in the wrong era.

Sincere thanks.
But I could never have found these without like-minded support from frequent visitors to this joint.
I don't have the time to venture into the unexplored areas that I'd like to these days and so we keep seeing me revisit familiar spaces.
BTW, I consider myself having been born at least ten years too late. I should have been an active Viet Nam War protestor but I wasn't even a teen then.

At least we didn't come of age in those "heady radical days of Alex P. Keaton..."
Well, actually I guess I did. ;-)
Wang Chung is my Grand Funk. (sob!)

Re: Playboy After Dark: Grand Funk Railroad
What? You should have invited me. I ring the bell and you can just park me near the fridge, from which place (whence is so archaic!) I'll proceed to watch legs (that is, if there were such fine pairs of legs like in this video).
Re: Playboy After Dark: Grand Funk Railroad
was never a grand funk fan, but saw mark farner play the santa cruz beach boardwalk for free and he was very good. his poses and facial expressions were ludricous, but he gave it his all and was clearly having a great time,as was the crowd. homer simpson would've loved it!
