http://www.airamerica.com When it comes to high end cooks, this season's new edition of Top Chef is bringing in the biggest of the big; The already established and the most successful in the world of fine dining. The "Masters." Wolfgang Puck? Bobby Flay? Emeril? Not quite. This IS Bravo we're talking about here. Think more along the lines of Michael Schlow, owner of Radius restaurant in Boston and Tim Love, owner of The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in Fort Worth. Clearly, we're settling. Anyway, during last night's season premier, these cr?me of the crop Chefs had to cook for teenage Girl Scouts and college students. Wow, what a challenge. A PB&J; would have sufficed on both fronts. Nevertheless, Michaels cake for the scouts was a total failure after he forgot a minor detail: preheating the oven. During the elimination challenge, Hubert Keller, who owns the Fleur de Lys restaurant and is the only semi-recognizable chef of the group, easily came out on top with his mac'n cheese made via a dorm room shower. No one in their right mind would eat anything thats been near a college bathroom, but the judges were somehow impressed by all this. Keller won $10,000 for the Make a Wish Foundation and will be moving on to the champion's round.
