The hissing accompanying the squeeze ensures that one will effectively mutilate the attackers testicles and cause any bystanders to cringe with more sympathetic pain than would be present without a hiss.

I wasn't saying they were. The rule uses the word "about" and not the word "containing" and even goes so far as to say that cartoons with this content are not aloud.
