I must say, also, that I have gained some more respect for Maddow the last weeks. I have long thought she was one of the best mainstream news reporters and was really glad for her when she got her own show, but there have been times when she was clouded with Democratic bias, such as with the 'stimulus package.' Now she's doing her best to point out what a scumbag Obama is. If it had been Bush (and this is what Bush did, to be honest), people would be outraged, but still munching their hamburgers, naturally.

I wonder what will happen when the hamburgers run out ...

(I just watched the larva of a ladybug crawl and crawl, in search of something to eat. Then I picked it up and transferred it to a potato plant with some fat and juicy aphids sucking on it. Very interesting to watch. I can tell you the aphids panicked, but were slaughtered one by one. No ants to help out. What a world this is. Certainly the aphids must think I am either God or Satan. What do you think? Take into account that I saved a baby crow this morning from marauding cats.)
