Its your turn to choose. Internet votes will decide the best film, and the winner will be announced at Cannes on May 21. The prize: an HD MINI-DV camera and a mobile studio including laptop and editing suite.

Director: David O'Neill
Running Time: 1154
Country: U.K.
Category: Drama

Fifteen-year-old Homer violently attacks a shopkeeper, Pardip. The attack appears racially motivated. Since this is not the first such incident, Homer is about to have an electronic tag fitted. He and his dope-smoking grandfather have a bet. An official arrives to affix the tag, but Homer has a clever plan to avoid the polices attention. He also has the perfect alibi for his final showdown with Pardip.

David ONeill is an experienced TV documentary director. He has made a range of authored work with subjects ranging from Fathers for Justice and Amsterdam's sex industry for Channel 4, to Londons tower block drug dealers for the BBC. He has also spent time on high viewing entertainment and factual shows for the U.K., and U.S. networks. Tenner is his first dramatic script. ONeill is currently directing a drama series for the BBC while developing future film projects.
