Song about Lionel Ritchie and friends partying and doing some hardcore drugs ("uppers"). Just kidding. Supposedly inspired by the "You're All the World to Me" number seen in the 1951 movie "Royal Wedding" where Fred Astaire dances up the walls and on the ceiling, because he has fallen in love with a beautiful woman who also loves to dance.
