p.s. If he's going to be "scientific," he should have differentiated between HIV and AIDS. And included the probability when a condom doesn't work compounded with the probability in cases of failure that a sex partner is actually infected by HIV.

Scientifically speaking, condoms allow roughly (according to most studies) 0.0001 cubic centimeters of fluid to transfer. The correct way to evaluate the situation would be to multiply the average viral load per cubic centimeter semen, giving the pessimistic viral load per unit fluid leak. The actual transmission would in all likelihood be much lower based not only on sheer probability but also on standardized product testing.

I'm beginning to see why people usually don't get my jokes.
My housemate is really smart and worldly like a lot of the people who visit M&C, but at the same time, he showed me another one of this guy's clips about a week ago and said that tried telling me that the guy was a religious nut. It took some convincing before he accepted that the guy was just taking the piss.
I used to think that stupidity was the reason people didn't get this sort of humor, but now I'm starting to suspect that it's also a great deal to do with being able to read people and distinguish if they are joking from their demeanor.

You know what else is really good for simulating a condom? A condom. And semen is pretty similar to semen.
Clearly, a vagina specimen was out of reach, but he could try doing this with 2 out of 3, and still fail quite miserably.
