BUSH 2004, WE WANT SOME MORE, BUSH 2004
I sure hope they use Osama's capture to make Bush win. I cant imagine what would happen if that two-face Kerry comes to office.

Re: Bin Laden Lotto
Bush has lied so many times and done has overseen some real crap and gotten away with it, Haiti, Iraq, Pakistan, N. Korea, that there is no doubt in my mind that we will find Bin Laden sometime before the election. I hope America is smart enough to see though it all.

Re: Bin Laden Lotto
Anybody but Bush '04 – Ya right, anyone who votes for Kerry just because he is not Bush is a fool and knows nothing about John Kerry. If you’re so worried about a liar being in the office you should not vote for Kerry. I grew up and live in Boston, trust me John Kerry is not the answer.
--Here are a couple of Kerry Highlights--
1) John Kerry denounces the special interests, the "millionaires" and "the over privileged."
"From the moment I take office, I will stand up to the special interests and stand with hardworking families so that we can give America back its future and its ideals."
-John Kerry (johnkerry.com – 04-07.2004)
A) His first wife came from a Philadelphia Main Line family worth $300 million. His second wife is a pickle-and-ketchup heiress worth over $750 million.
B) Kerry lives in a mansion on Beacon Hill, a fire hydrant that prevented him and his wife from parking their SUV in front of their mansion. The hydrant was removed by the city of Boston at his request.
C) The “F” in John “F” Kerry, stands for Forbes, one of Massachusetts' oldest wealthy families.
D) Kerry's cousin, C. Stewart Forbes, chief executive for Colliers International, assisted in brokering a $905 million deal to develop a deep-sea port at Vung Tau, Vietnam.
In 1993, under the direction of CEO C. Stewart Forbes (a relative of Kerry on his mother's side), Boston-based real estate giant Colliers International brokered just such a deal between an Asian subsidiary, Colliers Jardine, and the Vietnamese government to develop the port of Vung Tau.
E) One time after denouncing the role of "special interests" in American life, Kerry then two nights later accepted $250,000 from D.C. lobbyists at his wife's Georgetown mansion.
2) In 1993, living on a senator's salary of about $100,000, he managed to give a total of $135.00 to charity. When questioned about his lack of donations to charity John Kerry responded that he has “two kids to raise.”
A) Yet that same year, he was somehow able to scrape together $8,600 for a brand-new, imported Italian motorcycle, a Ducati Paso 907 IE. He kept it for years, until he decided to run for president, at which time he traded it in for a Harley-Davidson like the one he rode onto "The Tonight Show".
B) He cruises Nantucket Sound in a 42-foot Hinckley powerboat. The basic model starts at $695,000. Sen. Kerry bought it new, with cash. Kerry’s model costs $800,000.
C) The widow Heinz owns a Gulfstream-5 a private jet, which cost $35 Million with a $6,000 an hour operating costs.
D) For months Kerry rode around in a new car supplied by a shady local Buick dealer. When the dealer's ties to a congressman who was later indicted for racketeering were exposed, Kerry quickly explained that the non-payment was a mere oversight, and wrote out a check.
E) The Kerrys ski at a spa the widow Heinz owns in Aspen, and they summer on Nantucket in a sprawling seaside "cottage" on Hurlbert Avenue.
§ Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania (Assessed value: $3.7 million)
§ Ketchum, Idaho ski getaway/vacation home ($4.916 million)
§ Washington, D.C - Georgetown mansion ($4.7 million)
§ Nantucket, Massachusetts waterfront retreat ($9.18 million)
§ Boston, Massachusetts - Beacon Hill home ($6.9 million)
§ Recently sold estate in Italy to activist actor George Clooney, ($7.8 million)
3) John Kerry will fight for the workingman
A) John Kerry claims that he will fight for the “workingman”. How does the typical working family get their 2.3 kids: to school, soccer practice and dance class? A SUV may be? The same SUV that John Kerry wants to tax. The same SUV the John Kerry drives himself but does not pay for.
B) John Kerry claims that he will fight for the “workingman”. He supports a .50-cent increase in the gas tax.
4) John Kerry wants to protect the environment
A) Gulfstream-5 jets burn 500 gallons of fuel an hour.
B) At last count Kerry and Heinz had three SUV’s registered on Nantucket alone.
5) In 1996 when Bob Dole a WWII Veteran was running against Bill Clinton. Clinton’s status as a draft dodger was brought up, John Kerry said that “Peoples military history should not be used as a spring board into the Presidency.”
A) Does a day go by when John Kerry does not remind us that he was in Vietnam?
B) John Kerry constantly compares his military career to George W. Bush.
C) John Kerry (as well as Ted Kennedy) refuses to vote for a bill that would make it a crime to burn the American flag. This is a direct slap in the face of the Veterans that Kerry relentlessly aligns himself with.
6) John Kerry supported Bill Clinton’s decision to bomb Iraq in 1998 as well as the President’s State of the Union address when Clinton told the nation the reasons why Saddam needed to be removed from power. So why does Kerry support removing Saddam only when a democrat is in power?
A) He flip-flopped on both Gulf Wars. He voted against the first one, but then after it was over he said he supported it. This time around he voted for it, but voted against funding it.
B) Senator Kerry says he voted for the Iraq Appropriations Bill ($87 million) before he voted against it!
**Just a side note, Bill Clinton bomb Iraq the night before the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke. Wag the Dog?
7) In the Senate, his record of his constituent services has been lackluster, and most of his colleagues, despite their public support, are hard-pressed to list an accomplishment. Just last fall, a Boston TV reporter ambushed three congressmen with the question; name something John Kerry has accomplished in Congress. After a few nervous giggles, two could think of nothing, and a third mentioned a baseball field.
8) Soon after Kerry, as a Navy Lieutenant (junior grade) commanding a Swift boat in Vietnam, was awarded the Silver Star, he used an obscure Navy regulation to leave Vietnam and his crew before completing his tour of duty.
Kerry's three Purple Hearts were for minor wounds and that he left Vietnam more than six months ahead of schedule under regulations permitting thrice-wounded soldiers to depart early. He received all three purple hearts for relatively minor injuries -- two did not cost him a day of service and one took him out for a day or two.
After returning home, he quit the Navy early and changed the color of his politics to become a leader of VVAW. Kerry wasted no time organizing opposition in the United States against the efforts of his former buddies still ducking communist bullets back in Vietnam.
He refused to speak at the VVAW’s January 1971 Winter Soldier Investigation, a series of hearings in Detroit in which soldiers spoke out against the atrocities that they witnessed in Vietnam. But then he did agree to appear at a much-better publicized Senate committee hearing where he put himself front and center.
A) He also was at that famous protest where soldiers tossed their medals at the White House, but Kerry kept his medals. Instead he tossed ribbons and medals that other soldiers had given him. His are displayed on his office wall.
B) Kerry's book, "The New Soldier," features a photograph of Vietnam veterans carrying an upside-down American flag. However it was later proven that half of the men in the picture were not veterans.
C) When Mr. Kerry pontificated at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Veterans Day, a group of veterans turned their backs on him and walked away. They remembered Mr. Kerry as the anti-war activist who testified before Congress during the war, accusing veterans of being war criminals.
D) Kerry was in the country less than four months and collected a Bronze Star, a Silver Star and three purple hearts. I never heard of anybody with any outfit I worked with collecting that much hardware so fast.
9) John Kerry would like Boston’s extensive Irish community to believe that he is Irish. Senate President William M. Bulger used to muse on St. Patrick's Kerry's only Irish every sixth year." And now it turns out that he's not Irish at all.
10) February 19, 2004 after Wisconsin's primary John Kerry expresses discontent for those companies that send jogs overseas.
A) In 1996 John Kerry voted for NAFTA, which set up the support of free trade and the movement of jobs overseas.
B) John Kerry’s wife Teresa Heinz is the heiress to the Heinz Ketchup Company. 57 of the 79 plants that the Heinz Company operates are overseas. One is as close as Mexico.
11) The democrats criticized the Bush campaign for using images of 911 in a T.V. ad, in 1996 when Clinton was running for reelection he used images of the Okalahoma bombing.
12) When John F. Kennedy was President, he and the first lady were in France June 2, 1961, he was quoted “I’ve become known as the man who accompanied Jacqueline Kennedy to Paris, and I’ve come to like it.
John F. Kerry when campaigning was quoted “I’m getting to be known as the guy who accompanies Theresa Heinz around the country, which is just fine by me.”
13) Speaking of Kennedy’s, if you like Ted Kennedy’s voting record then you’ll love Kerry’s. Kerry's lifetime voting record, as compiled by the liberal Americans for Democratic Action (ADA), is 93 percent, compared to Ted's 88. The two Massachusetts Democrats vote the same way 93 percent of the time.
14) Early March 2004 John Kerry claims that he has met with many foreign leaders who supposedly expressed that they hope he wins the election. However John Kerry’s travel agenda showed that he had not been out of the country. When asked about the meetings had no answer.
A) When asked about having no answer to the question about meeting with foreign leaders Kerry said “I actually have had conversations with leaders recently”. A reporter asked a follow up question, “How recent”, Kerry responded “That’s none of your business.”
B) Update April 22, 2004 – Weeks after having no answer to the supposed meetings with foreign leaders Kerry was asked where the meetings took place - Quoted “I run into them at restaurants.”
15) October 2003 – A live television debate in Boston, Kerry was asked how he felt about polls that showed Hilary Clinton ahead in democratic nomination. John Kerry replied that he has seen polls that showed he was in the lead. When asked what polls showed this Kerry had no answers and Kerry’s campaign manager said that he was not aware of any such poll nor could anyone in the press produce a poll showing this.
16) Pandering –
A) John Kerry appeared on MTV and said that he is fascinated by rap music, Quote - “I think there is a lot of poetry in it.”

Re: Osama Bin Lotto
There is always a Marijuana-saturated conspiracy theory for everything that goes wrong these days, all indicating Bush as the genesis of evil. As malicesage has pointed out, it’s funny that they aren’t so quick to fill in the gaps when it’s someone they’re politically aligned with.

Re: Osama Bin Lotto
For anyone who thinks going to war with Iraq was wrong read this article that is the New York Post---
May 26, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - Seven Iraqi men whose right hands were chopped off on Saddam Hussein's orders at Abu Ghraib prison yesterday went to see President Bush - to thank America for freeing their country and getting them prosthetic limbs.
"You have to thank everybody who participated in the decision-making of going to war against Saddam, because without this, nobody can live in peace ever in the United States, Iraq or in Europe," said Basim Al Fadhly, 43.
All seven had their right hands amputated by a doctor at Abu Ghraib on Saddam's orders, on charges of foreign currency trafficking - and each had an "X" tattooed in the middle of his forehead to mark him as a criminal.
Laith Aggar, 42 - a jeweler whose hand was chopped off for calling his bank to check the price of gold - said Abu Ghraib under Saddam was so awful that even losing his right hand "was also something good, because we could leave."
Yesterday, the Iraqis showed off their new $50,000 prosthetic arms - all individually cast - and told with joy of how they can now do simple things, like knot a tie, hold a glass of water and walk down the street holding one child by each hand.
The men spoke at a press conference several hours after going to the Oval Office, where Bush said, "I'm honored to shake the hand of a brave Iraqi citizen who had his hand cut off by Saddam Hussein. They are examples of the brutality of the tyrant."

Re: Osama Bin Lotto
But the men - who today plan to thank some of the U.S. troops who helped free Iraq - also spoke with surprising optimism and lack of bitterness about the future, talking about the need for forgiveness, as well as punishment, so Iraq can build anew.
Journalist Don North found the men, brought them to America and lined up plastic surgeons Joe Agris and Fred Kessler to do the surgery for free at Houston Methodist Hospital and fit them with donated high-tech prosthetic arms.
North's documentary, "Remembering Saddam," which has yet to find a distributor, tells their story - complete with Saddam-era video images of their hands being chopped off. In fact, Saddam's thugs meticulously documented torture at Abu Ghraib.
The men cheered Bush's call to demolish Abu Ghraib, and said they'd be honored to strike the first hammer blow to knock down the notorious prison.

Re: Osama Bin Lotto
I don't see how Bin Laden led to a discussion about Iraq, but let's also not forget the lies, the abuses, the deaths that resulted from the abuses, the deaths of our soldiers, and the fact that we've tarnished as much as polished our image in the eyes of friend and foe. There are many good things that have come of the wars as you mentioned, and I enjoy hearing of them. But it has not been all sunshine and rainbows to get them.
I respect anyone's opinion that is formed keeping both things in mind, but anyone who acts as though it has been all bad/good is too much of a leftie bleeding heart tree hugging hippie / right wing war mongering Bush cheerleader.

Re: Osama Bin Lotto
I don’t think that it has been all rosy. However I think Bush is being attacked unfairly. He’s had to make tough choices and not all of those have worked to his favor but lot’s have. I’m sick of the left wing in this country painting him out to be some kind of lawless devil just so that they can get back into the White House.
What lies? Do you mean the weapons of mass destruction that have yet to turn up? Do you people really think that Bush and his people would let us go to war if they didn’t honestly believe that there are “WOMD”? Think about it, if Bush knew that there where no “WOMD” he would know that there would be hell to pay. You people act like it was solely Bush’s decision to go into Iraq. It wasn’t, as a matter of fact, John Kerry voted to support the decision to go into Iraq. Besides this was not just about “WOMD” and anyone who believes so has been mislead by anti-Bush and anti-Republican idealist who do not know the facts about what is going on in the middle east. Saddam is responsible for the death of over a million people in his own and neighboring countries. His acts against humanity have not been match since Hitler. For someone who cares so much about life why can’t you see that millions have been saved from a villain?
For all you that do not like Bush something tells me that you wish Clinton was still in office. For those of you that feel that way, guess what. During Bill Clinton’s “State of the Union Address” in 1999 he outlined the reason’s why Saddam needed to be removed from power. So why does Kerry and the rest of you support removing Saddam only when a democrat is in power? Hear is another FYI, fifty to seventy million dollars was spent on this little missile excursion. **Just a side note, Bill Clinton bomb Iraq the night before the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke. Wag the Dog?

I bet the stakes just went up, now that we're "closer to catching him."
Woohoo, first we train him, then we'll catch him!
