hey,i live in santa cruz. it's a fine place to live(if you can afford it) and yes we do have more than our fair share of crazy people, who can occasionally be as entertaining as some of the above specimens. i haven't encountered any of the non-council members in this clip except for robert "item number 13-all men with scraggly beards shall be tax exempt"norse who is ubiquitous. thanks and sympathy to whoever filmed this.
