Jewish MP Israeli like Nazis

SIR Gerald Kaufman, the veteran Labour MP, yesterday compared the actions of Israeli troops in Gaza to the Nazis who forced his family to flee Poland.
During a Commons debate on the fighting in Gaza, he urged the government to impose an arms embargo on Israel.
Sir Gerald, who was brought up as an orthodox Jew and Zionist, said: "My grandmother was ill in bed when the Nazis came to her home town a German soldier shot her dead in her bed.
"My grandmother did not die to provide cover for Israeli soldiers murdering Palestinian grandmothers in Gaza. The present Israeli government ruthlessly and cynically exploits the continuing guilt from gentiles over the slaughter of Jews in the Holocaust as justification for their murder of Palestinians."
He said the claim that many of the Palestinian victims were militants "was the reply of the Nazi" and added: "I suppose the Jews fighting for their lives in the Warsaw ghetto could have been dismissed as militants."
He accused the Israeli government of seeking "conquest" and added: "
They are not simply war criminals, they are fools."

Well I happen to have a problem with individuals or corporate entities that favor either side. It should be presented as what it is: Israelis took the land of Palestinians at gunpoint and both Hamas and Hizbollah are Shiite terrorist organization with strong ties to Iran; seeking to create an Iranian fundamentalist Islamic state.
So I cannot exactly thank Setfree because s/he has an agenda. Like I said, both are terribly wrong. Both sides need to be put in the corner like the children that they are and agree to the Oslo solution of the two prosperous states. Israel needs to make concessions of land and quite possibly reparations.

I tend to think they use the actions of the terrorist organization Hamas to justify their military actions. Is he suggesting that the Israeli army is deliberately targeting Palestinian civilians for death?

Well, at least now we know where this guy stands. He is not simply calling for a cease-fire or a more balanced policy. He supports Hamas' aims.
He doesn't believe both sides are wrong. He believes Hamas is right, just as jews were right to resist their annihilation in Poland.
Now that Jews are rich, they may no longer resist their annihilation at the hands of Nazi-like fanatics, as long as those fanatics are poorer than Israel. It makes sense in a Marxist sort of way. He was a self-hating Jew too, you know.
