Is that Paul Mertin(sp?)? I used to like him on the British version of Who's Line. That's the problem(okay, one of the problems) with being American, you don't often get to see non-American's that you enjoy.
P.S. Seems Phil added a lot to that conversation.

Ja, Paul Merton. I had to go check it out at Wikipedia, but your eye gets an A for spotting him.

Re: Those Crazy Televangelists
When I was in high school, I used to watch multiple hours of Comedy Central after school everyday. This was in the late 80s and early 90s when Comedy Central was brand spanking new.
The only content they had to show was stand-up comedy from Caroline's, the Laugh Factory and such and Who's Line Is It Anyway? The British version. So, I can honestly say I've been a fan of Ryan Stiles and Colin Mocharie(sp?) for at least 15 years. Ah those were the days...

Re: Those Crazy Televangelists
Isn't it ironic that "Phil Collins" was a member of Genesis, which is the first chapter of the old testament?
Well I think it is.

Re: Those Crazy Televangelists
If you were asking of me about my fandom of Collins, I have to tell you that I did like him at first when Genesis put out two albums in about a year's time ('76, I think it was), Wind and Wuthering and A Trick of the Tail. But they quickly became commercial in nature and my interest waned.
I did like Genesis quite a bit when Peter Gabriel was their frontman. More willing to experiment and far more complex.

Re: Those Crazy Televangelists
Actually I was making a reference to American Psycho. The main character makes a long speech about his love for Genesis and the subtleties in their music while preparing to kill his first victim with an axe.

I gotta make it over to England. They have a good sense of humor.
