Babbit and Catstello:A Tale of Two Kitties
Classic WB cartoon which is noted for being the first cartoon in which Tweety appears in. Also of note are the two cats "Babbit and Catstello" who are supposed to be the comedy team of Abbott and Costello. Longtime Looney Tunes writer Ted Pierce did the voice of Babbit, while the legendary Mel Blanc voiced Catstello. Also of note, there were two more WB cartoons made that featured the characters of Babbit and Catstello, and funny enough, they played mice in those other cartoons, not cats.

A Tale of Two Kitties is an American cartoon, released in 1942, notable for introducing the character Tweety Bird. It was directed by Bob Clampett, written by Warren Foster, and features music by Carl W. Stalling.

The title is an obvious pun on the Charles Dickens classic, A Tale of Two Cities, but there is no other connection between the two "Tales".
