Sweet. I love the Bullshit series.
Re: Penn & Teller Bullshit: Ouija /Near Death
maybe the blindfolded ouija board would work if it was set up as a Qwerty board.
I thought of it first! I'm going to sell it as a toy!

Funny! But you should have visited a patent lawyer first. I betcha mine makes it to the trick and gag shoppe before yours.

Ah! near-death experiences. They do exist, of course. I had one when I shot myself through the head two years ago. Suddenly, there were many nude women and palm trees and a bright light that set the azure ocean ablaze, but in the end I woke up in the friggin' hospital. The morale of the story? Yes, indeed; you guessed it. Use a bigger gun.
Re: Penn & Teller Bullshit: Ouija /Near Death
I came close to death 21yrs ago and yes I could say I had a near death experience but maybe it was coming out of surgery and being confused with my surroundings. Still am.. heh.

I had a NDE once. Peyote buttons. Tripping like never before.

Re: Penn & Teller Bullshit: Ouija /Near Death
No witches were burned in Salem (or anywhere in America, I believe). Those convicted were hung, and one old guy was crushed to death under stones. His name was Giles Corey; they were trying to coerce a confession out of him, and his last words were "More weight"...
Europe did a lot of witch burnings, though. Whole towns in Germany executed their entire female populations, with children as young as 2 being burned as witches.
Gotta love religion and superstition, eh?
