George Carlin does John F. Kennedy
This very short impressionist bit was from The Tonight Show, with Mort Sahl as the interim host, in between Jack Paar and Johnny Carson.

Some of you remember back in the early 60s when Kennedy was president? We were all trying to do his Boston accent, trying to capture the president's voice "with great vig--gah" (vigor) Note how President Kennedy pronounces the word, "Vienna".

So glad they explained the Kennedy accent because I would have been completely lost without it.

I'm going to assume that you were being tongue-in-cheek. But maybe not, and if so please forgive me for jumping to conclusions.

I am also willing to bet that there are many of today's age who haven't seen the old films and have no idea of what JFK sounded like.

Personally, I think Carlin nailed the cadence and just made a joke out of VienneR. Else, he was just OK. But I loved the retro clip of one of my comic heroes.
