Some of you have recently seen a guy on TV unsuccessfully try to make guacamole by blending an avocado. Obviously he wasn't using Tom's Blendtec Total Blender.

Probably some fiber. And I wouldn't be surprised if it had some vitamin E or some B vitamins. Now, the nut/seed... That's probably akin to eating wood, nutritionally.
