They've cut out some of the best lines, some of the Beckham's responses, and in fact most of the second half of the interview.

Glad you mentioned this, I was going to say the exact same thing... in fact it was that line that actually made me respect Mrs. Beckham a lil bit more (as far as that is possible.)
