For being a Hollywood actor, perhaps, but definitely not for the statement he makes in this clip. No fucking way. Ashton zeroed in on the single most important question regarding Prop 8. Why the fuck is it even a consideration in America: Land of the Free?

Go Ashton Kutcher! You said it as it is. Anyone can get married by going to the Judge. You can have ceremonies at church, out in a back yard, whatever, but in the end it always goes through court, regardless of your religion. It is unconstitutional that religion is even in the way of marriage at all. It is a -legal- matter; not a religious one when it comes to government deciding things...or should be.
