Who is that American guy with the black shirt? He looks familiar, but I can't place him.

I'm assuming he's an expat because I haven't seen him do any comedy in America in a decade or more. I remember him being moderately funny at best, but he had a nice line in this bit with the sandwich quote.

that guy is rich hall. He is very clever and intelligent and makes a great deal of satire of the contemporary social and political scene and is always an excellent guest on any comedy show. He does quite a lot in the uk. Very funny
