Not real, but it's a brilliant parody.
Believe me -- as a kid in school in the 70s, I was made to watch a lot of the "educational" anti-drug films of the era, and they were never as fun and entertaining as this. (Although they *are* funny.)
The whole aesthetic of this vid is post-80s, anyway -- the quick cuts and snappy voiceover is a product of the short-attention spans of a later era. Don't believe me? Watch a whole bunch of 1970s films you haven't seen recently. They are paced incredibly slowly compared to any modern film.
But the footage is genuinely 1970s.
