Please allow me to recommend two Eastwood films you might not have seen: "The Beguiled" and "Play Misty for Me."

I love Misty! And you know your stuff, so I'll check out The Beguiled. I just did a search online and see it was directed by Don Siegel who directed Charley Varrick (one of my favorite movies ever) so it's gotta be good!

I watched it twice some years ago. There's at least one VERY intense scene in it, but I won't say what it's about. You'll see for yourself. Be sure to not read reviews, as they can spoil the experience.
