I'm curious, when I watched this, it had a rating of 4.52 out of 3 votes. How is that mathematically possible??? How in the world did the .2 get there?

Anonymous votes are weighed 10% of actual user votes.
So if the votes are:
Regular user voted 5
Anonymous user voted 5
Regular user voted 4
The weighed average is:
(1 * 5 + 0.1 * 5 + 1 * 4) / (1+0.1+1) = 4.52380952 ~~ 4.52
This voting system is going to change sooner or later. Or maybe not.

What about a noose or an electrical chair? A straitjacket won't neutralize Rove.
