I don't know if Nietzsche got the memo: but the Judeo-Christian God isn't the only God that exists.

The "God" Nietzsche talks about is less the canonical God of the bible (or judeochristian as you say) than the concept of an origin of absolute moral guidance. That role is fullfilled by the judeochristian God in western culture, but the analogy is equally apt for different cosmogonies.
