Re: Don't Vote!
I've got this feeling that in 2050 celebrities will urge people to breathe, drink, and eat. Call me pessimistic, if you want.
Re: Don't Vote!
That’s scary...breathing, drinking and eating are absolute basic necessities to live. That means (very soon) by 2025 celebrities will start urging people to wash themselves, not to urinate in their underwear, and stop trying to feed their 3 month old babies with Big Macs and fries.

Re: Don't Vote!
2025? You're wildly optimistic.
Please tell me, have you ever seen a Bosnian celebrity (if such a thing exists) urge children not to play with explosives? Just curious. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Anyway, you'll know something has gone seriously wrong when Big Bird (a gun aimed at him from behind the camera) starts to warn children not to hang out with Muslims.

Re: Don't Vote!
It's cute, and fun to see all the celebrities; also I'm glad he at least makes an attempt at a non-partisan message. Still, I'm just fundamentally opposed to a culture where this is an effective way to influence the electorate. If this is what it takes to get votes, we can depend on many more decades of leaders who were good at marketing and not necessarily at leading. I mean, with the right marketing, you can make satan look like a good candidate. Indeed, that sort of marketing is what got us into the current mess.

Re: Don't Vote!
Eek...except that I just watched it. How on earth could anyone even take that message seriously anymore now that Sarah's on the ticket? It just seems like a sad desperate attempt to go back to the days when that was a valid argument and deny that she is now his VP running mate.
Go ahead and submit it.
Go ahead and submit it.

Re: Don't Vote!
Why would one even bother making a video with Borat included and then add more people?
It just ruins it.
It just ruins it.

Re: Don't Vote!
I hate celebrities telling me what to do. I'm going to vote 6 times just because they made this stupid video..

Re: Don't Vote!
What about Mary Tyler Moore? Don King? Alice Cooper? They're all die-hard GOP supporters. Stephen Baldwin? Bo Derek, Bruce Willis, Chuck Norris, Dennis Hopper, Gary Sinise, Dick Van Patten, James Woods, Jon Cryer? I could go on endlessly. It's also easy enough for you to use the search engine of your choice.
