The Yamanote Halloween Train rode once again in 2007 and this time there were two of them. One got shut down - ours was not!
While cops and creepy 2chan otaku crowded the Shinjuku originated train, the Ikebukuro Halloween Train had none. No destruction of property occurred, no vomitting, no harrassment. Just good fun.

Duh! They are there to teach English! Everyone knows English is the way to go. lol

alright actually a number of them teach German because a number of Japanese companies have branch offices in Germany and vice versa so their employees have to learn a bit of German and sometimes English.
