Police Chase Naked Skinny Dipper for Two Hours (Reuters)
A European man swam naked for two hours in the moats surrounding the Japanese Imperial Palace. Police that came into range were splashed with water or pelted with rocks from the palace wall. Police were only able to detain him when he gave himself up after a two-hour swim.
