I get a $150 fine for talking on a cell phone (which isn't a law in my home state) and he gets a 33% more expensive fine for RUNNING THE POLICE CAR OVER? Fuck NY. Where did this happen? I'm going there.

the guy is lucky he didn't get hit with any kind of 'assaulting a police officer' offense. I'm guessing the officer had not gotten back in the car yet, otherwise he probably would have

Didn't this happen back in May? I think I read that the in-car dash cam was just released and that's why the story is getting its second wind.
