PRETTY damn good. Unfortunately, starting requires a right or left arrow, but otherwise it's just perfect.

I worry about your usage of the words "original" and "perfect" in such a way.
Issues:
The red ghost should always start moving to the left.
The ghosts don't slow down in the tunnels like they should.
The ghosts should never be able to move up into the two pathways directly above the ghost house.
BOUNCING FRUIT?!
There are others problems, surely too numerous to mention.

Then this game must be better....here is why....
Red Ghost has gotten smarter.
All ghosts now wear name-brand running shoes.
Ghosts now live in the new century...they go where they please.
I dunno 'bout the bouncing fruit....
