He makes good points, but given the same power as dems have now: the repubs abused it just as readily. But he is right: how are we supposed to know whether the bill is a good idea or not if we can't see the bill? I distrust, too, that the Bush administration is so forceful that this get passed quickly. The last time this administration pushed so hard and so fast: we ended up in Iraq.
