Trust me, I just hit myself on the head. Yes, she's Katharine Ross. The Graduate (as Elaine), and others. But I see I'm not the only one who made the mistake; spam's description of the link says (or said, because I'm going to edit it) MacGraw. It's funny: I just checked Google Images for both these fair ladies and there are a few pictures of both that really are similar in a striking way.
