And on top of this, from a Brits point of view, although I've seen Blair on The Daily Show, and in the crowd at the Olympics in China recently... I haven't seen him once on UK TV, or any other public engagement in Britain in the 15 months since he stepped down, and that includes the Labour party conference... In fact, the current Labour Prime Minister and Blair's right hand man, Gordon Brown, in his 1 hour speech to the Labour Party yesterday, only mentioned his name once.
...and then there are the numerous front bench Labour MPs who resigned in protest of the Iraq war.
To say that Britain dislikes Blair is a considerable understatement.
