Re: Ko on Fox News' Softball Palin Interview
How did Palin find Tina Fey amusing when the volume was turned all the way down?
Yet another perplexing paradox from this ticket.
This has been a very bad week for McCain. He and his entire staff have not adjusted well to the changing conditions. But don't expect it to continue. He righted a campaign that was on-the-bottom-sunk and close to bankrupt late last year. Although not exactly eloquent, he's no dummy. And he has the backing of many millions of dollars (which is how he's hung so close up to now).
Summing it up? It ain't over yet.

Re: Ko on Fox News' Softball Palin Interview
I just watched the entire 'interview.' What can I say? It went on and on and on about nothing. After a while, I started to notice that Palin uses the word 'also' a great many times. But, anyway, for me it was an experience that encompassed quite a display of emotions: there was rage, loathing, bursts of mocking laughter, some more loathing, and then silence and a hope that a large enough slice of the American population says no to this lying, fawning, and utterly idiotic dimwit Palin and her senior maverick. Hahah, I sort of expected Reagan to pop up along the line, and yahoo he did. That great communicator ... and hell yeah, Mr. Abe. Oh, man, she sure dug in her implanted morsels of knowledge about him, even mentioning a book! a book, I say. The only book Palin ever cracked open is the Holy Bible, where she got stuck between sentence one and two, or maybe a few pages later where it says 'Go forth and fuck all over this rock.' Then she got distracted with aerobics, no doubt. Well, that Rove really did a heck of a job this time. What a fucking mess; but still it's difficult to believe this is a 'close race.' If it really is, then there must be simply hordes of morons in the United States of America. Something in those hamburgers ... A pity it's the same thing just about everywhere -- and it's getting worse.
Excuse me for this rant. It's all my opinion, so ignore if you do not agree.

Re: Keith Olbermann on Fox News' Softball Palin Interview
This is entirely speculation:
Something has been nawing at the back of my mind recently. It seems to me that McCain is all that bad, instead he is just a tool. When he started in the primaries he was a reasonable canidate for the GOP. I actually remember looking at GOP cannidates and saying to myself, "If one of them is going to be President, I would want it to be McCain." But when he secured the nomination, everything I liked about him disappeared, z.B. he started to suck the neo-cons dicks. I have the feeling that he is either controlled entirely by the GOP or he is just doing this stupid shit to get enough votes to be president.
Either way he clearly didn't want to pick Palin, his first choice was Lieberman, not a bad one if I say. However, the GOP wouldn't let him, so they picked Palin for him just to get the social conservative vote.

You should have seen him during the 2000 primary, he was at least respectable then.
