1993-2003: Georgia's 11th.
2005-2007: Georgia's 4th.
She has repeatedly been smeared by the opponents of truth and justice. She now leads America's Green Party, and, by the way, is fervently opposed to Obama, which I applaud.

Re: McKinney Grills Rumsfeld
Congressional oversight means nothing to anyone in the Bush Administration. I saw this coming eight years ago. At the time, I made my point clear that I have nothing against the GOP in general but this power grab that goes back to that infamous "Contract with America" of 1994 which wasn't a contract and didn't represent America.

She's tenacious.
On a seperate note, I find it just dandy that Rummy couldn't provide a single bit of intimate information regarding DoD operations. He was either an uninformed SECDEF or strategically practiced minimum disclosure. Or maybe both.
Which wasn't the case during his tenure in the Ford administration. I like to think it's because W has the pinch on everyone.

And I think she put too much onus on the potential for training exercises to deter from the DoDs ability to react accordingly.
Something most civilians don't understand is that the military is ALWAYS training. Seriously. ALWAYS. There is no down time; Whether it's small-scale live-fire target shooting at a range or doing a base-wide emergency reactor accident drill from a nuclear submarine. You'll never catch the military standing around waiting.

Re: McKinney Grills Rumsfeld
Someone in the military, someone in an extremely high-ranking position was standing around waiting for three out of four planes to hit their targets on 9/11.
No fighters were scrambled to bring down those planes. When before that day, our military was 100% on intercepting commercial airplanes or other planes used for drills that veered off-course.
But, of course, we ALL believe that North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) simply fell asleep and allowed 4 planes to fly off-course, some for OVER 45 minutes, until they scored direct hits on their targets. Right?
