More at http://www.theuptake.org. Iraq Veterans Against the War marched towards the convention center at the RNC in St. Paul today with the goal of presenting Senator John McCain with a list of demands about the Iraq Occupation. While the veterans had no problem gaining access to Senator Obama, Senator McCain refused to meet with the group. The UpTake's Chuck Olsen reports.

the left/right paradigm is a scam. wake up. both parties have been controlled by the same elite for a long time, and you've seen what happens to the ones that fight against them. diebolt fixes the elections anyway. google it. google video Hacking Democracy.

Actually IVAW faced (and overcame) many challenges to meet with Obama. But it wasn't easy for them.
Still, Obama's campaign did meet with them. So that does speak well for him and less so for McCain, the crazy old dude who somehow sees himself as the Vet's choice.
Ugh.
Oh, and I agree with Jellis. It's all a monte game. Both political sides are controlled by the same corporate and financial multinational powers. But I'd love to see Obama prove me wrong...
