anyone remember a scene from kids in the hall, its set in black and white about a man in an office that constantly looks at a painting and makes or recalls "notes to self" while working. Things become more and more panicked and frantic until he has a heart attack. he ends up pulling out his own heart , pouring coffee on it and demanding it to go to work to save himself
