During half-time at the 2004 Superbowl, Janet Jackson exposed her nipple ring adorned breast with Justin Timberlake.
Whether the publicity stunt was intended to sell albums or take the spotlight off her brother Michael Jackson's child molestation "allegations" is unclear. But in one instance it appears to have worked.

Obviously planned. Promotion for the halftime show said there would be a suprise. However, after the Super Bowl, CBS issued a statement against it.

I turned it off maybe 1.5 seconds before it happened saying "Man, I don't wanna see this crap." Needless to say the next day I did slap my forehead...

If it didn't have the "nipple ring" on it, I might have believed it was an accident...
If either performer actually looked shocked or embarassed when it happened, I might have believed it was an accident...

I have closely examined the films and still photos of the event. After my painstaking analysis, it is my conclusion that there was a second gunman behind the grassy knoll.

She has a nipple shield on. If you look close at the center of the sun, you will see nipple. Her nips have been pierced for quite a while now. The nipple shield goes on, run your 14 gauge barbell through it and the piercing and it stays put. I have about a half dozen of them, my wife loves 'em...

Damn this has caused quite an uproar, but I believe it is nothing to be so peeved about, i mean you see all these celebrities running around half naked on the streets and on TV, this one breast shouldn't cause such a damn fuss. I SAY this was the BREAST superbowl halftime yet.

How stupid can people be to talk about a boob for a week now! seriously does the FCC chairman check the internet once in a while we can see a whole lot more than boobs on there maybe they should start censoring that too. Is it me or are the conservatives trying to bring the country back to the 1800s. Geez.........these Jacksons......... They can't ever seem to fade out gracefully..like the rest of the old timers in the entertainment biz. She had her day, but her greed for fame has back fired.
