As far as skiing is concerned, three Bond doozies immediately come to mind:
1. On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) with George Lazenby as Bond, a nighttime chase where one of 007's skis is blown off by gunshot.
2. The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) with Roger Moore, the justly celebrated opening sequence.
3. This one.

I haven't seen the movie, but I'm pretty sure I've been by that ski jump. Does it take place in Turnio, Italia?

In any case, I'm quite sure it's supposed to be Cortina d'Ampezzo.
BTW, watch the film! It may be the best Roger Moore outing as Bond, specifically excellent because, after the SPFX orgy that was Moonraker, it jettisoned high-tech tomfoolery and went back to basics, which is to say, no evil scientist trying to blackmail or destroy the world, but a Cold War race between Great Britain and the Soviet Union to recover a lost decoder, with more than a few shady characters in between. In a nutshell: My kind of Bond, yeah!
