Advisor and former US Senator from Texas Phil Gramm is still on his top advisory staff. You know, the guy who said America has become a bunch of whiners and that it's only a MENTAL RECESSION? You know, the guy who drafted that legislation that exempted Enron? You know, the guy who voted to deregulate the mortgage industry so that subprime lending could become a phrase on everyone's lips.
