This song is COMEDY. I will no longer bother reading idiotic comments about the historical accuracy, or the rivalry involved. If you can't watch the video with a sense of humor intact, don't waste time watching it at all. Of COURSE it's not historically accurate in it's entirity .. it's not MEANT to be. It's in fun. A video to go with the song, War of 1812. I'm still fairly new to the video editting, but I'm having quite a bit of fun practicing, lol.
And because it needs to be said, it's not a slight at anyone, country irrelevant ... it's all in fun. :)
Edit: Although claimed as Arrogant Worms song in many places online, turns out this is NOT done by arrogant worms, and they have never covered it. Please ignore the title page of the video! At the time this video was made, I was referencing an unreliable source. :)

Ya... that's right - we burned the fucking White House down.
