This is a cinematically produced version of Elana Lev's contortion hooping act. This scene is included as a bonus feature in the DVD version of the 1998 Cirque du Soleil film Alegria, in which she palyed 'Sassy'.
Here, she's wearing the original yellow costume and white wig, and not the later teal costume with beaded headpiece.
