I think the costumes look awesome and cute and are VERY creative... it's like looking like the anime character instead of reguler cosplaying.

yeah, i think its probably a guy in there, because usually girls that wear those creepy masks don't have a fake bodysuit, and generally show off their real body. Anyways, creepy no matter what gender does it lol.
