LotR: Where There's a Whip, There's a Way
<< One Ring: Part II
|
Nimoy on Baggins >>
Frodo and Sam are found by orcs and, being mistaken for orcs, are forced to march with them. From the 1980 animated Lord of the Rings: Return of the King movie.

It's too bad that the animate series was never fully realized. The Return of the King was completely different than the other animated LotR movies and far different from The Hobbit (which I loved as a child).

Its good, but its not match for the dwarves song in the hobbit
"Chip the glasses crack the plates, thats what bilbo baggins hates!"

Re: LotR: Where There's a Whip, There's a Way
I have all of the movies on VHS tape. "The Hobbit" and "The Return of the King" were made by Bass and Rankin. "The Fellowship of the Ring" and "The Two Towers" were made by Ralph Bashki. I feel that the LOTR cartoons have been rendered positively obsolete by Peter Jackson trilogy. As for "The Hobbit", well, I always thought the cartoon was rather charming.
