Following this, I am actually almost glad that Bush swiftboated him in 2000 with that "adopted Black baby" horseshit in South Carolina.
One more time for those who may not have read my opinion back then, but I'd have gladly voted McCain over Al Bore in 2000. Of course, that matchup never came to be as Shrubya took control of the GOP and later declared the US Constitution to be null and void.
