Satan is always more interesting. There's way more plot there, way more to hold our attention. Way more "why?" there. "Paradise Lost" kicks "Paradise Regained" in the asshole. Who wants to read about Jesus being a good? Nobody. But reading about why Satan seduces Eve and chooses to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven? Great stuff. Even Puritanical Milton purred well with the Devil's tongue in his mouth.

Pacino did it best in my opinion.

If you haven't seen The Usual Suspect, then don't watch the end of this video...or scary movie

I think its a tough part to pull off.

Peter Stormare comes closest to my notion of what Satan might be like in human guise.
