I'm sorry, but I just can't stand the do-nothing, good-for-nothing gentleman from Nevada.
I'll take a Henry Waxman (Chairman of the Senate Oversight Committee) over a thousand Reids, any day.
Case in point: Reid tells John that we are spending $5,000 per second in Iraq, even as Reid and his Senate majority has time and again bent over backwards to keep funding Bush's war in the most cowardly fashion.
While in the minority, democrats quivered in fear at the thought of filibustering and the majority republicans "going nuclear" (remember that?), and now in the majority, democrats quiver in fear at the thought of a republican filibuster.
And now in the Daily Show, Reid gleefully has his cake and eats it too. Yuck.
